The passport issued by World Service Authority (WSA) is
sanctioned by Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, a United Nations document adopted and proclaimed by the General Assembly, 10 December 1948. Sample copies of the passport have been filed with all states. More than 150 states have recognized the WSA passport since 1954.
The WSA passport issuance procedure conforms to all normal security measures practiced by states. All information inscribed thereon has been duly certified as true and correct by each and every applicant. As the WSA passport represents the right of its bearer to travel freely as specified by the above-mentioned Article and as it becomes the property of its bearer who possesses the inalienable right, it enjoys the protection of like personal property. Any violation of these rights by a national official for whatever reason may subject said official to prosecution under local and international law.
